We liked the accommodations and view; the front desk service was good, especially a young man who checked us in, but cannot remember his name (maybe started with a C or a K; had partial head shaved a bit on sides).
We did not like the poor service in all of the restaurants. Dirty dishes literally piled up on the table at the bar restaurant, service was slow without it being full of customers. Servers 'went MIA' at all restaurants (Jade, Coffee shop). I believe a guest got stuck in the elevator. Worst of all was the loud noise of 4-5 housekeepers on our first night at 10 pm at night, while we were trying to sleep. They were laughing and carrying on in the doorway of room across from 1010. I opened our door and just looked at them and they said "Oh, sorry" but continued to be loud after closing our door. One had long orange hair & she seemed to be the loudest. It was very unprofessional. I called the front desk & they said they would contact the housekeeping manager. The finally left the area but not before yelling "Yikes!"
