No, fun!
Walked in the room, immediately hit with a seriously strong smell, like old, powdery, floral. The mini frige was off and unplugged. The headboards on the two full beds are not attached to anything, just leaning. The beds are way too soft for me. There were no clear directions or guidelines about the pool and hot tub.

Cons: * Our room just smelled bad. I turned the AC on basically all day in 50° weather to just help with the smell * Room was dirty - sheet with a spot of blood, nasty stains on the nightstand, carpet in all the rooms and just felt dirty * Shower never got hot * Breakfast was very basic: hard boiled eggs, 2 varieties of cereal, a gallon of milk and OJ and some breads / bagels Maybe my expectations were too high, but I paid $179 per night and stayed two nights. Pros: * Small playset with swings for kids

The property and common areas do not present well as it is an older motel style but the rooms are very large , very clean and fairly updated. For the price I considered it very good value. The breakfast is limited but you can toast a bagel and cream cheese and for us it was sufficient.

I am somewhat handicapped and should have requested a handicaped room. Room was ok had a lot of trouble with the keys to the room very hard to get into were not working right. Staff (only 2 people ) woman was not very pleasant thats all i can say. When we checked out it said drop your room keys into this box, anyway could take the keys. A box not locked but easily someone could take the keys. We checked out at 7 am and there was no one around. Asked if we could check in early before we got there and she said check in time was 3 and that was it. very strange way to run a business.

When we arrived the person behind the desk was rude and nasry in my opinion. She lost her phone, not my problem. She was coming across as frantic, soeaking loudly. I came on vacation, to relax not be uptight, because of our accommodations. I would never, stay here again!!

We arrived at 8:45 p.m. and were told the pool closes at 9 p.m. We were also told that the pool would open at 10 a.m. the following day. That timeframe did not give us any time to use the pool either early in the morning or at night. There was only 2 small bars of soap for 4 people (2 adults and 2 children) and 2 shampoo bottles. I did manage to get more shampoo from the office. The beds were comfortable.
