When we checked in they advised us they were out of towels. We didn’t get any towels until 24hrs after check it.

There was hair all over the bedsheets. The towels were dirty. And this was my second time to book with them. First time I had an issue with the room being dirty and I told them and they did take care of it and so I thought OK maybe I just got a bad room decided to book the second time I thought I’d give them the benefit of the doubt and it was worse. Never again will I book with them they’re just dirty.

As a Chinese, I came to the north of Mexico on business and stayed in this hotel for three days. It can only be said to be average, not too good, especially for us who can't say Spanish. From the very beginning of the communication about the delayed check-in, the hotel was unable to get through the phone outside of working hours, and finally got in touch through the platform, this experience really gave me a very bad impression. Secondly, the front desk staff did not provide new towels when the room was cleaned, so I had to run to the front desk wet and ask for new towels. For a hotel offering this for almost $100 a day, it's just incredible.
