Nice place to stay just hope you dont need mainten
It was a very nice Hotel. Rooms were nice and location was private. Only issue i had was sitting in a room all night and no tv called front desk and noone was available to fix it . That seems like to me they dont have the hreatest customer service.

Positive: Beds were nice and comfortable. Good breakfast selection of hot and cold foods. Negative: Some of the towels that we were given had hair in them. There was also strings of long hair on the bathroom floor.

I didn't receive a copy of my receipt even though I asked for it several times... I did not receive my senior discount. I was unable to connect to the wifi and no-one could help me. Coffee was not left in my room by the maid staff.I was in a room where the parking lights were shinning into my room so brightly that I couldn't sleep in my bed, and when I told the staff about it they said there was nothing they could do. Completely unsatisfied and they to date have not contacted me even though I have left several messages. Unfortunately , I don't think I will be using Expedia anymore unless I get some satisfaction. I feel that I was led astray by you.

I don’t think the cleanliness is up to par. There were USED CONTACT LENSES on the mirror in our room. The bathrooms cleanliness was also below par. I don’t think they swept or even mopped then room as there was a leaf and several dirty spots on the floor that I was able to get up that could have been avoided with a simple mop.

I was extremely happy with everything about this stay except. The refrigerator froze everything and was really too small considering it was a suite. The room was so large that it almost seemed like there was a Dancefloor. This space should have been used for a table and chairs for eating or playing cards or whatever. Other than that I like this property very very much.
