The hotel is located very close to Sao Bento station and is within walking distance. I was able to walk to all the main tourist attractions from this hotel. The hotel room had a view of the church tower and the hotel courtyard, and the room was lovely and very clean. The staff were all very kind. I would like to stay here again when I go to Porto.

Charming hotel in great location. We had a beautiful room facing the garden. It was quiet, clean & well maintained. Comfortable mattress and pillows. We should have listen to negative reviews regarding the breakfast but ended up purchasing breakfast package. Bad mistake as there was no food & no clean cutlery or plates. We were not given a refund for our breakfast.

I believe this place has been recently remodeled. It’s very modern, chic, and clean. The location is convenient, and it’s surprisingly not noisy in the night. The only disappointment is breakfast. $14 euro pp, you can definitely find better quality breakfast in the city.

Very good location, close to everything on porto. Didnt have the break fast so i cant say anything about that. Could leave my bag at the reception when i arrived before i could check in to my room. The only downside is that when i took a shower the whole bathroom floor was flooded. Wich led to the carpet outside was soaking wet for one day and never dried fully the days i spent there. I told the girls in the reception, but they didnt seem to get it and all i got to disk up the water was a small floor towel. Other than that i have nothing to complain about.

It was a very disappointing stay. The bathroom needs to be renovate asap, there is mold near the bath and the layout is terrible you have the counter up your face when you’re on the toilet. The quality of the mattress and pillows are terrible. The climatization didn’t worked and there was so much noise outside that we couldn’t keep the window open. The only thing good about the hotel is the bar. We won’t go there again.
