took family trip to mall of america. shuttle drivers and hotel staff very helpful despite the pipe bursting in the control room that week at the hotel before we got there. they escorted us to our rooms to open doors as well as the pool as many times as needed because the key card machine wasn't working yet. they got us extra towels quickly as well. breakfast was hot and well stocked both days. shuttle drivers friendly and attentantive too. despite the problems, we heard no complaints from the staff. we will be staying here again on next trip to minnesota

Everything was great. Everything nice and tidy. Rooms are sufficiently sized and all the amenities are well organized. Only downfall is undisclosed $15 parking fee per night. It does not come up with the overall price and that should come up in every search.

When we arrived, we were informed that their key card system was down. This wasn't the major issue, but because they never handed anything to you to show your room number, our room was attempted to be opened at 9pm. It made me curious if this happened while we were out of the hotel that evening as well. Then the cleaning staff proceeded to vacuum the hallways at 1015pm while people are undoubtedly trying to sleep. It seemed odd the issue was never fixed the entirety of the weekend and they had no backup plan in place. I can safely say we wouldn't return to this property.
