I had an urgency and with 1 month in advance I called Expwdia because renting the house was a mistake that I did. I asked Expedia to have some flexibility. They asked the ownwers and they did not accept to cancel the reservation. These are times when empathy and common sense is more relevant than ever.. I could not go as I know 1 month ago. You could win a customer forever but you preferred to have your rent
