A great hotel. Very clean and modern. Definitely opt for the breakfast. Super selection to suit every taste. The freshly cooked eggs to order were a real bonus. Well done to Monica the breakfast host and the reception staff who were really friendly and helpful. We visited the roof top bar every evening. A great way to have a nightcap and enjoy the cool breeze. The hotel is a short walk to the old city, so ideally located. No hesitation in recommending this hotel in terms of quality and value.

Wonderful people and a nice hotel. Close to lots of things. Great air conditioning which is important for a July/August visit. Valencia is beautiful as is the L&H Gran Via. One note - this is not in the Gran Via area in Eixample area where Gran Via is. Double check location when booking.

Wish we hadn’t booked this hotel. It shows they have a pool on rooftop - this is false advertising as the pool is tiny and not a real pool. People aren’t allowed in it and its for ‘show’. Absolutely ridiculous. Also the staff were rude at breakfast as we were a bit early, and we had to wait ages to check in as the receptionist was so slow. For the premium price you are better staying elsewhere.
