There was no hot water for a shower in the morning and the front desk didn’t answer the phone. My husband took a cold one. I had no shower. We told the front desk at check out and asked for a full or partial refund. They said we need to go through you, and that staff won’t be able to refund any more than 20%. We said that was not enough, so they advised us to contact the manager, Rola Rizk, and gave me her card. I sent an email to her less than an hour ago explaining the situation and asking her to flag our request and authorize an increased refund.
