Great location for the tube, less than 10 minutes walk from Gloucester Road. Handy Waitrose just beside the tube, some fast food outlets and bars too. Room was tiny, only a double bed and room to shuffle around it. Fresh towels left during our 2 night stay and basic toiletries provided. Kettle in room with tea, coffee and biscuits. We didn't book breakfast so can't comment. We did leave luggage on our last morning and it was stored securely until we collected it before heading for our train.

the staff was very helpful. and did what they could to make us feel good, as our flight had been delayed by 5 hours. so we arrived very tired. the room was nice and clean, really nice size. 3rd floor with elevator. there is a little/some noise from the road all the time. but didn't bother us. the buffet was nice.. unfortunately we experienced a shortage of cups and plates and food. they absolutely did what they could to keep up. an idea might be to get a cart so you can put your used service there when you are done with breakfast. then it is gone and there is room for new guests immediately and more time to get things sorted out there is no shortage of food. despite this, we will come again and stay again.. because with the underground close to everything. thanks for a pleasant stay until we see you again.

Really lovely staff, who were all friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, and beds very comfortable. We appreciated the air con in the room on a warm weekend! Great location too, and a short walk away from the underground. We enjoyed our stay at K Hotel Kensington, and would return.

The rooms were perfectly fine and gave us a good resting place. The property is very well located, a short walk from an underground station on the circle and district lines. We could also easily walk to Hyde Park, the Victoria and Albert Museum, and the Royal Albert Music Hall. This was what we really valued about this hotel. The staff were lovely and very helpful. We did not breakfast in the hotel, so I can’t speak to that experience. All in all, this was a perfect hotel for the location and comfort we needed.

Lovely hotel to stay in. So easy to get around with the tube station about five minute walk. Within easy walking distance to natural history museum and Hyde park not too far away either. Would definitely stay here again.

Good location + proximity to tube station. However, staff is condescending and rude. Many rooms are also equipped with "open showers" with no shower doors so water floods the bathroom while showering. Would not stay again, but the attitude of the staff demonstrates they are used to one-time travelers only.

Staff very personable and helpful loaning me an adapter for charging my electronics. Great walkable location for tube, Waitrose and many eateries.
