The hot water in the sink was so dirty. The hotel is dated and needs up dating. This hotel does not meet Hiltons level of class. I won’t stay there again.

Bad front desk service
Front desk staff was awful. She rolled her eyes at my questions, was bored with her job and seemed annoyed that my arrival interrupted her phone scrolling. She was awful. On the other hand the shuttle drivers, both in the early morning to the airport as well as the pickup from

Not the best service
Room was good and was clean. Problems: had no hot water one night. The next day tried to shower again. No shampoo in dispenser. I was going to a party ended up washing my maid with shower gel. Asked for towels 3 times. The last time we were told to track down the cleaning staff. Then there was a mix up with reservation and it took Joyce almost 40 minutes to fix it. Gave us a new key. Key didn’t work waited another 30ish minutes to get that straightened out. Shuttle service was good though.

I reported Bedbug. Manager rudely denied!
The hotel cleanliness is not so great. Back entry/ exit door which front desk cannot monitor at all is left open This back entry/ exit door has access to parking lot. If used to enter the hotel is closer to elevators accessible to all six floors. In the morning when trying to wake up my sons, I saw bedbug on one of their pillows which I reported to Jackson the front desk staff and Ashlyn the Manager. They both totally denied. Both were very rude stating it could be a mosquito, shockingly I couldn't believe that manager Ashlyn herself is admitting of mosquitoes in rooms!! I was advised not to book through Expedia in future. Though first denying bedbug in our room, Manager Ashlyn said, if I would have booked directly she could have refunded our stay. By the way, I never asked for a refund. First denying and then talking about refund showed lack of management skills. The "chief chef" also unnecessarily came out to defend. Our stay was horrible. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Disappointing Service
I chose an airport hotel since my flight landed at midnight. I prefer Hilton, but this was disappointing. After landing and collecting luggage, I called the hotel for shuttle service and was told the shuttle was just there and she would send it back. The driver arrived and asked how many times I'd called. I replied once and he proceeded to wait for other guests. I guess the clerk assumed I was the guest that originally called and missed the shuttle. Received confirmation of online checkin and digital key request but key never arrived so I had to stop at the front desk. The night desk clerk was rudely trying to assist airline employees as there was no reservation found for them. She did not greet me, just asked for name. She was using the radio to talk with another employee when another guest showed up saying her key wasn't working. The clerk says none of these keys are working as she hands me my key. When I started to confirm, she responded to the radio employee as I suppose she was talking about the previous guest. I took my key and headed to the room. Thankfully my key worked.
