Terrible - Felt like a crackhouse motel
there were dead cockroaches in one of the drawers in the kitchen, and the room smelled like urine. there was a woman screaming obscenities off and on throughout the night, and every time she started screaming, dogs in the rooms nearby started barking. We thought North Scottsdale would be nice, but it was more like staying in South Phoenix. We did talk to the manager the next morning at check out, and she apologized for the bad experience, but did not offer a full or partial refund.

It was just not as clean as I thought it would be I found 2 cockroaches in the room. Smelled like tons of bug spray and the shower head had a lot of corrosion.

The address doesn’t take you to the “hotel” I had to drive around for 10 minutes to try and find it, drove down a different street/alley way to eventually find it. As we get there, there’s a sign saying we have to wait to be helped. Drive over to the stairs to our room, get out and there is a dead bird (decapitated) next to the car. Go up the room and the air is so sticky and smelly. Immediately turn around and leave. Contact Hotels.com that we did not feel comfortable staying there and we had already left. After waiting 2 hours to talk to someone, I was told he had contacted Extended Stay about a refund and I was all taken care of. Fast forward to Monday, I am now being told I will no longer be receiving a refund and Hotels.com will no longer help. This has been the biggest joke and I will no longer be using Hotels.com or Expedia to book trips in the future, especially knowing they won’t take care of their customers. Do not waste your money booking here.

Never again
The room had roaches in the bathroom. Bed was hard. Pillows were very thin. There were no hand towels, but we had a couple of extra washcloths to use instead, I guess. No hairdryer, and the kitchen cupboards were totally empty (but not clean). The one positive is that the air conditioning worked. Only stay here if you love a Motel 6 aesthetic at Scottsdale's upscale prices.

As soon as you enter, it smells really nasty. Like dirty socks smell spread across the room, sprayed as much as I could and nothing helped. Room looked tacky and old but the smell was unbearable. Requested a refund after being in the room less than 5 minutes

l didnt like you advertise dishes and cook wear for free but there not. my bathroom door was very hard to close. floors were dirty.no back up toilet paper .not enough towels and wash cloths,no shampoo or bar soap. floors were dirty and kitchen floor sticky. l was very disappointed with room cleanliness. and staff at the front desk were like lt was a burden on them to help me . they just didnt have a good attatode .

The staff at the check-in was very nice. The check-in was quick and easy. When I arrived in my room, you could tell some things were outdated along with a huge burn in the countertop. However, when I went into the bathroom and turned on the light tons of cockroaches, scattered and scurried everywhere. They were all over and in the kitchen. It was so gross I decided to leave. I didn’t even fulfill my stay!
