The room was clean and quiet. I was amazed by how high tech it was-everything was electronic. (To turn on the lights anywhere needed your palm) the water was hot, but I think they needed a better toilet paper holder.
No one spoke English, and unfortunately, my husband and I speak almost no Italian. The gentleman at the front desk used an app which worked well enough for check in, but not enough for us to feel confident asking questions on how we should get to Pompeii, dinner recs, etc.
Breakfast included watery coffee, or and some yummy pastries.
I loved using the hobbit door in the main doorway to get in the building, even though we had to haul our luggage over the lip of the door. The elevator was useful after all of our walking. We weren’t far from the water, lots of restaurants and shopping.
