Upon arrival, it was observed that the pillowcase was not clean, the surfaces were grimy, and the bathroom sink drained EXTREMELY slow. The front desk attendant, Jen, was attentive and quickly replaced the linen. Jen advised notifying maintenance in the morning of the drain. The following morning, maintenance was notified of the drain issue and the standing water in the sink. They stated they would respond immediately, However, hours later the problem remained. When Jen was informed that the persisted, she advised to speak with the manager the following morning. The following morning, no manager was present to address the issue. A subsequent phone call from management was promised to address the ongoing concerns later that day and discuss compensation. The phone call has never been received to address any concerns.
Parking is the only adequate part of the visit. It is advised to refrain from staying at this hotel.
