We stayed for one night after a six hour ride to get to the Boston area, when we got into the hotel we earlier requested prior to getting there that we would like extra pillows and towels, and we were told that we can get them when we got to the hotel. We told them that we wouldn’t be there until about 7 o’clock and they stated that that was OK. Upon arrival, we were told that they could not give us any towels or pillows as they were locked up in the supervisor only had the key. I was quite disappointed although the was comfortable. I do need additional pillows as I have an injury in my back I asked if he would get me a couple of pillows from another room that may have not been occupied and I was met with a look of am I crazy , when we got to the elevator come to that elevator was out of service and we had to wait an additional five minutes to get to our room. When we got to our room, although it was clean, of course we were met with just two towels for two people, both two hand and two bath. When I went into the shower, it was as though the shower or bathroom tub had not been fully cleaned it because I almost was injured from slipping and sliding all over the place, not to mention the water pressure as well as the showerhead was , completely subpar. I had read a few reviews prior to coming and others had stated complaints about the showerhead so I in concerned called and was told that the showers had had their heads replaced since those reviews I can clearly say no
