Friendly staff
Front desk was very friendly and efficient. They gave me precise instructions on how to use their key cards, which must have been an issue . But I had no problems.
They even had a trick or treat jar on front desk.
Shower drain was clogged. Notified them, but I don’t know if it was fixed.
Overall a bit dated, but satisfactory for a night.

So, so . . .
I would call it average. The room was "fairly" clean but horribly outdated and needed some updating. The bath tub/shower was peeling, grimy, and very old. I mean for the prices, I suppose you get what you pay for.

Front desk staff was pleasant and welcoming. Suggestion for Cleaning staff to check drawers when cleaning we found socks in one of our drawers. Also, they should pay attention to details like our tub still had a bathtub ring around it.
Breakfast in morning was delicious, a good start for our day.

Front desk attendant was very informative, cordial and expediant.
I gave my name upon arrival. He knew I had a reservation without the computer. I felt like he had done his homework and was actually looking forward to checking us into our room.
When I asked about nearby dinning he actually checked to see which reputable establishments were open and when they closed.

Get what you pay for - 2 star hotel with bugs
You get what you pay for! Definitely is a two star hotel and I knew it wouldn’t be great when I booked it, just did it for the price. However I was really disappointed in the cleanliness. Sheets were stained, the floors were dirty, and we found a roach IN our bed. Luckily we had our dog and he quickly killed it but still. Not happy about the dirt and bugs.
I will say that the staff was super nice. Probably more kind and helpful than most hotels I’ve been to. Would rate the staff 5 stars. Hotel itself maybe 2.
