No pets allowed but bring your skunk
We traveled with another couple for a long weekend. We were immediately made aware that pets were forbidden (no pets with us) and smoking would result in a hefty fine. Okay no problem. We don’t smoke. But the entire weekend both rooms reeked of weed. Forget about opening the balcony door. The smell was strong enough to knock you down.
Overall the resort was just okay. The walls and ceilings are paper thin. The room next to us had the television playing all night long. The room next to our friends had parties all night long and the people above us had kids jumping up and down. So much for a relaxing and restful weekend but we made the best of it. The view was very nice. The resort is showing its age and could use some TLC. The price we paid for the room was reasonable but the add on resort fee was excessive. For the total price, you could stay at a much nicer place.
