Poor mgr attitude
We tried to check into our room., to find out they had given away our prepaid room. They made me wait over 30 mins while they went to gind out who was actually in the room i booked. They Could have given me another room since I had already paid for my room. But they didn't. When she got back, she said don't worry we won't double charge you. Are you kidding me? She went on to say she was Giving me a free room but I had already paid for it through Expedia.So it was definitely not free.I will never go here again.The manager was very rude. The planes coming in and out are very loud.

Very fun down. Needs renovation. Service slow and didn't get pillows even after 4 requests. Restaurant didnt have any of the things on menu. Sofa was broken down in suite. Whole facility smelled like mold, or old material.

Going downhill
If I needed anything, I had to get it at the front desk. They don’t bring anything to your room: blanket, toilet paper, tissues. Water dripped from the ceiling beside where we were sitting right outside the pool area. Employees seemed bothered if asked anything. Our children were able to go to the front desk and ask for new room keys without any sort of verification that it was their room. Ice machine broke, so had to walk to other side of hotel for ice. Elevator broke.
