Close to expressways but quiet. Restaurants close by. Friendly staff. Quiet. Comfortable beds.

Liked that everything was clean and the pictures/ advertised correctly.

Was there for 5 nights & the motel was great as far as cleanliness, quietness, and some of the staff. One lady that worked the front desks has a bad attitude and i guess she has no customer relation skills. One bad apple was not going to change my overall opinion of the place though because the hotel was truly a great stay.

I thought this hotel did good with the whole COVID thing. We stayed 2 nights. No housekeeping, but that was to be expected. They had bagged breakfast ready to grab, with cereal, fruit and a couple of eggs. Looked like the gym was open but we didn’t use it (or the pool). Room was fine and pretty quiet. Location was really close to the airport and 15-20 minutes from everything we were doing in Louisville.

It was a really nice stay. The hotel is clean and very well kept. The front staff was extremely friendly.

Get ready for attitude and rudeness, fortunately this only happens in the morning with the lady that is in charge of the front desk. She is usually in the back and when you say good morning asking for help, she does not even bother to get up. You are a bother to her. We needed a shuttle to the airport and she could have either 1- called the holiday inn next door (same owners) and asked if they were operating (we saw it leave at 07:30), second, she did not know how to call for a taxi (never showed up), 3 - I asked about reimbursement for an Uber, which is possible because they did this the previous night. She stated she could not and we had to email later and get a hold of the manager. When I inquired about who is the hotel manager? her reply was "I am the one here" I had to ask three times, and then her reply was, I guess it's me since I am the only one here right now. For the front desk clerk on the PM, wow, he was the best, please hire people like him with the perfect helpful attitude. Be warned, Uber takes about 30 minutes to get to the hotel, they are limited in SDF due to covid, plan an extra 45 minutes for your airport trip. We basically had to take care of our own transportation setup on departure, and if we waited for the hotel, we would have missed our flight. This is not acceptable for a Marriott. I travel for business and have only missed 1 flight in over 500 trips. This would have been number 2, and it was very upsetting.

Very clean and modern room!

Liked the clean building, professional staff, comfortable and clean bed. Pleasantly surprised to get a studio suite with a full size fridge, dishwasher, cook top. Nice bed;comfortable, and nice and clean and modern decor. All cooking utensils available and stocked in the room and enjoyed that the shampoo was high end Paul Mitchell products. I will always choose a Marriott Bonvoy location when given the choice, they are consistently superior as opposed to other hotels that claim comfort, this one is the one that truly is comfortable and feels high end for a fair price. Would most certainly stay again.
