Radisson Blu Bordeaux

Out of center new hotel, but public transport are not far. The lights in the hall way turn on only 5 meters after you go in the dark, reelly spooky. Room Cleaning and change of amenities not good. Rooms are nice and comfy. Breakfast good but was exactly the same in all our 4 nights there.

parking is to expencive

Really enjoyable 4 night stay at this hotel - highly recommend it. The hotel is modern, new and very comfortable with good size rooms. The highlights for us were the fabulous, large roof terrace overlooking the quay and local area. There is a nice bar up here and the restaurant/breakfast room has roof access too - great views. Very friendly staff in the hotel. We had a slight mix up about connecting rooms on arrival but it was sorted efficiently and professionally. The secure parking (20 euros per day) was easily accessible and gave us piece of mind on our travels. Plus, with the hotel being on the edge of Bordeaux it was very easy to get out and about around the area. There is also a tram stop (Cite du Vin) about 300m walk away or you can walk the whole way along the riverfront into Bordeaux centre. As other reviews have mentioned the area around the hotel is being redeveloped so there is a fair amount of building work going on but we had no problem with noise at all. Very enjoyable stay.

Lovely new hotel. Lovely big room with very comfortable bed. TV ( with GB channels), fridge, tea making facilities etc. Super roof top bar- a must for the sun sets. Downsides- 30 min walk to the centre but tram stop a short walk. Car parking a bit pricey at 20E a day. Service excellent.

Very nice, new hotel. Away from the centre but with the easy to use Tram a short walk away , everything is easily accessible. Amazing buffet breakfast with a very large choice both hot and cold. Staff werevery friendly and helpful.
