The worst bed ever you could fill every single spring on the mattress. Location was great and very clean, parking is on the street.

The property was extremely clean and we were able to check in early. Parking on the street was easy to find, the location is perfect for exploring on foot and there was a simple breakfast at 8am to start the day. Excellent value for the price!

Beautiful place but lack of maintenance. Taps not flowing properly, dead lightbulbs. Lack of lighting, very average overall When checking-in, the staff was amarateurish, wanted my friends to pay for extra people. Information on expedia about check in was wrong. Average breakfast, water dispenser was dispensing hot water

Great employees, location, and room
The employees I had the pleasure of interacting with were super nice -- I think one who was particularly kind was named Adriel? Not sure I heard him correctly. Keep in mind that they lock the doors after about 10pm at night and are not a 24-hour hotel. I do not stay out late or party so I had never had to worry about the locked door and never ran into a problem. Regardless, I forgot this fact and was out until close to midnight or 1am one of the nights I was there. It appeared to me that the employee had waited for me to come back, knowing that I would be locked out if he didn't. I DO NOT recommend that you do this or take advantage of their kindness, as my mistake was a true accident, but the employee was very kind and kept telling me not to worry. After a couple different cities, I picked a "nicer" hotel for my last stop in Valladolid -- this one. It did not disappoint. The room was clean and the floor was spotless, something that I notice and is important to me. There was always hot water for a shower. Breakfast in the morning was out in the open-air center patio and consisted of juice, coffee, fruit (watermelon, canteloupe, and papaya), white bread toast, butter, and jam. They had free purified water all day long. The location was very walkable but not too close to everything to be loud at night. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Valladolid.

Very clean. Polite and friendly Spanish speaking staff. Conveniently located to the main square and walkable for these retirees from the ADO station. Street noise during the day that quiets at night. Some noise from the hallway and adjoining rooms. Fresh fruit and toast in the lobby each morning. Filtered water to fill bottles and coffee available in the lobby. We had a nice two night stay while visiting the sites of Valladolid.

4/10 Fair

I booked a room at Hotel Gayser 3 months prior to my arrival and requested a room at back of hotel away from the street and any possible traffic noise. I normally do this. On arrival I was given a room closest to the traffic noise. On complaining I was told sorry all booked out. No other rooms free. Apparently few staff understand any English so hotel did not understand or consider my earlier request. Okay some traffic noise anywhere is expected but for the majority of rooms at Hotel Gayser sleep anytime is virtually impossible due to it's location and traffic noise. Sadly all other aspects of the hotel are very good.

It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was loud with lots of very noisy traffic right outside our window and because of that I might not return. No other negative points.

The hotel was was very clean and in a great location just a couple blocks from the main plaza. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was included which was coffee, juice, fruit and toast. Would have been nice to have had something like yogurt as well. For the most part, the Wi-Fi was good but I found at night it was not very good.
