Motel One Frankfurt-Römer

The hotel was located in a good area for sightseeing. It was very modern and it had a large, well lit parking garage. Other than that, it was the worst hotel we stayed in on our trip in Germany. It’s almost impossible to get to using gps. GPS drops you on a street that doesn’t allow access to the hotel. It took us a half hour of driving around on one way streets to get back to the hotel and onto the right street that you need to be on in order to pull into the parking garage. The room was extremely small, barely enough room to walk around the bed. The shower was a decent size, one of the largest we had on our trip, but the rest of the bathroom was tiny. The hairdryer didn’t work well and the ac didn’t work at all. Luckily we were able to open a window to get some fresh air. For the money it cost, I was extremely disappointed.

Location is super convenient! Only 3mins to Römer.

We were very happy with the cleanliness and the rooms were great. The staff spoke very good English which helped us since we didn’t know much German.

Nice decor but very small room. No work space. No amenities. Spacious parking garage. Difficult to find with GPS. GPS Does not take you to the actual entrance but rather one one-way street away.

It’s very bad hotel / the staff is very very bad and an polite/the location is bad the servers is very poor it’s an recommended at all / the check in and check out is bad every thing bad at that hotel Please remove it from your hotels list Because I like Hotels.com Thanks
