The Hacienda at Hilton Puerto Vallarta - All-Inclusive - Adults Only

Very pleased. Between hacienda no children and main Hilton they have everything. Clean. Good service. You lose the sun behind tall condos at Hacienda by 4pm but just walk over to attached main Hilton and get the rest of the afternoon and sunset, beach, large pool, 5th floor sushi and bar with pool deck over beach and music.

Would have been nice to have more beach chairs available by the Hacienda adults only pool. Also a map of the property would have been extremely helpful. Otherwise our one night stay was nice.

We were a little apprehensive about booking an all inclusive hotel. Many friends had warned us not to and after reader by some of the reviews about food quality at a few places, we were even more wary. In the end, I’m so glad we did. This hotel far exceeded our expectations. The food was not 5 star but it was still really good and we’ll worth the money to go all inclusive here. We really enjoyed breakfast. A good selection of fresh fruit and cheeses along with yogurt and pastries to compliment the hot buffet with made to order omelette, potatoes and some traditional Mexican dishes. We loved the rooftop sushi bar, especially at sunset!! The Hacienda has a nice, laid-back tranquil feel. We had our breakfast and coffee sitting outdoors at the buffet listening to the birds chirping. Several mornings we were up early to watch the sunrise on the beach and saw whales very close to shore. We loved every minute of our stay at this beautiful hotel. We will definitely recommend to friends and family and will absolutely be returning!

The Hacienda was beautiful and the staff was fantastic. So helpful and friendly especially Ricardo and the front desk. Ricardo made sure our stay was great and recommended the best restaurants in town. The only thing that was disappointing about our stay was a foul smell in our room. But they tried their best to fix it for us.
