The heater and air conditioner was too nosiy.

Enjoyed my stay. They let me into my room right away even though it was before check in and answered all my questions. The location is close to the bus station, so very convinient. Room was clean and comfortable and I had a big balcony. Breakfast was good.

Location is very good, ten minute walk to CTM bus station.

Hotel staff were excellent giving us early check-in and calling the Tour company on behalf of us. Room was also OK but the bathroom was in a terrible shape. The tub had a dirty yellow stain all over the bottom forcing us to wear our beach slippers. The handheld shower holder was broken forcing us to hold it in one hand while trying to shower and apply soap. The tub was so high above the floor making getting in and out quite dangerous. The mirror was so small and stained and there was no space to keep even a single toothbrush. Too bad since the staff was very nice. But I would avoid this hotel.

This is a sturdy, basic hotel. No frills but fine. The night i stayed there— I was on 5 th floor—there was a lot of noise above or beside me. Sounded like someone was bowling just above me or doing construction. The noise was hard to shake especially since I i had to rise at 4 am to go to airport.

The location was close to the Central Markets, the staff were good, the room was good & had all the expected facilities.

The staff was exceptionally welcoming and helpful. Charming ambiance, nice breakfast, great location out of the bustle yet close to the tramway and the old city market

Nous avons été très bien accueillis, un parking devant la porte - ça c'est bien ! - et la chambre était très confortable, matelas très ferme ! C'est propre mais juste propre !!
