Great location
Great location but hard to find and number listed to call is the managers and when we contacted him to find how to get in he automatically hung up the phone. Front desk number wasn't listed via hotels.com

Top spot in the hearth of the old town!
Although we haven't spend much time in Split and in the rooms, our experience was definitely positive! Rooms - although weirdly located on top of a sopping centre, is a top spot for sightseeing city, being located 5 minutes waking from the promenade and in the hearth of the old city. Recommended!

The opposite of Luxury!!
Elevator out of order, had to lug bags up 5 floors. No bell boys upon arrival or departure. Had to be left off a block and a half from the hotel entrance and drag our bags over the streets to its mall entrance. How can they stay in business??

Once you get used to its quirky location
The unique arrangement of the hotel ( on the 5th floor of a department store)meant we missed it and went next door to its sister establishment (stupid G##**e Map!). The rooms are spacious and well furnished even if too modern for my old taste. The hotel is well located, only minutes walk to the old town. No complaints.
