Nice hotel.
Clean room. A bit small by American standards, but not uncomfortably so. Clerk working over night very friendly and helpful. Order pizza for us, gave correct directions. Day clerk not so friendly, but businesslike. Close to the underground station. Only issue was AC not working correctly. Wasn't too hot out, so an open window was fine.

Ok stay, Service (house keeping) needs improving
We stayed at this place for about 6 days. Upon entry to our room, we thought the place was okay. However, for the first day, there was no hot water for a shower. This was fixed towards the evening of that day. On our second day there was no house keeping done. I called to advise and I was given some new towels and they indicated that they would talk to the cleaners. On our fourth day, there was no house keeping again. We did call again to advise. Shower was very small. WiFi was slow. No lifts. However, on the positives, the place is close to the metro and also very close to the bus stop which can get you to the city.

Rome Hotel
The Urban Garden hotel is a nice hotel with lovely gardens. After a day of travel, it is nice to relax outside your hotel room in the lovely gardens. The Urban Garden hotel has a very nice breakfast. The hotel is located very near the subway station and travel in and around Rome is easy.
