Arthouse Hotel

Was a lovely stay just could of been a little bit cleaner in the room as moved a bed and there was broken plastic under it with a lipstick and crisp on the floor there was also long brown hair all over the floor but other than that the hotel was lovely

Everything was excellent so loved the jacuzzi bath!!! Staff were so friendly room we were in was huge. Location so convenient.

Amazing stay with three girls. Massive rooms and right in the centre of town. Blonde lady at reception (sorry don’t know name) was extremely attentive and helpful when we had a problem with our speaker- within minutes she cane and gave us a replacement without a quibble. Beds were also SO comfortable

Absolutely loved it here will definitely be back loved our room the fifteen minutes of fame it was gorgeous and also the staff were amazing and so patient as we didnt know had to pay £50 deposit on card so i had to mess about soting it out as i only had cash but staff were so understanding especially katie and also witnessed a very irrate customer speaking to a male member of staff over the deposit situation and i must say he was so patient and professional with this customer he needs a gold medal at the way the customer was speaking to him but overall we are coming back for definite very soon

Lovely hotel - cannot fault appart from check-in staff (sent to wrong rooms with wrong keys several times - ended up in room with no wi-fi!!!). Will forgive as hotel is very nice and we ended up having a lovely time!
