Kook Hotel Tarifa

Amazing hotel, amazing staff, amazing room and amazing Tarifa! We could only stay for one night, but would have stayed for many more! The staff was extremely helpful and sweet, making sure we felt at home. The location is perfect! Make sure to ask where the best parking is if you are driving since it’s impossible to get to the hotel if not by foot! There is always fruit and drinks for the guests, and there is beautiful terrace to enjoy a sunset!

We loved our stay at the Kool Kook! Oriana made us feel totally at home. She has been, by far, the most hospitable host we have had in Spain the past 10 days! The Kook is very simple in design, yet uniquely warm and inviting.

This hotel was just so convenient. The staff were wonderful and organised secure parking close by at 10euros a day not only for our stay at the hotel but for the 3 days we were in Morocco. They also let us leave our luggage there whilst we were in Morocco and rang Seville and organised an extra nights stay at our hotel there when we decided to change our plans at the last minute. Convenient walk to the ferry to Tangier and the hotel itself is relatively easily accessible if driving. The roof top terrace is magic with an amazing view. Unlimited supply of tea, coffee, juice and fresh fruit is available in the downstairs lounge and courtyard. It was just all so convenient and easy.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. The hotel was wonderful with a great breakfast. Wish we could have stayed longer.

This super hip boutique hotel is situated at the top of town on a quiet little street. The hotel was tricky to find at first but, quickly became home away from home. The staff was welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful. The hotel design and decor was thoughtfully planned creating warmth and comfort as if you were in your own living room..Kook didn't miss a beat. The nicely equipped kitchen was stocked with all kinds of complimentary goodies, tea and coffee and a well stocked fridge with beverages available for purchase. The breakfast was delicious...thank you for a wonderful experience! We would definitely stay here again!

My friends and I stayed here whilst on a road trip around Southern Spain. We chose Tarifa for an overnight stay because of it's location but didn't have high hopes because we had heard some unpleasant reviews of the town. However we need not have worried, the hotel was lovely, the location was perfect and the staff at the hotel were very friendly. I would definitely recommend the Kook Hotel for anyone visiting Tarifa.
