Residhome Bordeaux

Good location, about 30 minutes walk from downtown, but front a beautiful riverside with shops and restaurantes. Nice hotel BUT with a big Smoke smell. It was a non smoking floor, but I am sure it was a smoking floor in the past and smell never left the building. Maybe not all the floors have it. It has parking.

Very nice rooms (new and clean). Friendly staff. Location is ok with tram really close. Just remember that you need to pay extra for each day you want the room cleaned.

Location was good. Even though we walked everywhere, there was train/tram available close by. Market within one block away. Would recommend this property.

This is a suite type property that was excellent. All the amenities in the room were new and well tended. The property is located out of the main city tourist center. However, it right next to a tram station which will take you downtown in 10 minutes. The promenade is just across the street and it runs along the river and has many bars, restaurants and virtually everything you need. The staff were pleasant and professional.

Excellent accomodation, well equipped, very clean , staff friendly and very helpful, supermarket nearby , a few local restaurants and tram stop across the road which takes you to the center in a few minutes or a 20 / 30 mins walk along river bank . Thoroughly enjoyed our trip, happy to recommend

Stayed at the hotel for one night between traveling from one location to another - good public transportation access (light train stop is just across the road), great view on the bridge, quite neighborhood (or at least, it seemed so on Sun night). The room was clean and spacious, the only thing that bothered me is that the room was very cold when we got there and it took quite awhile for it to heat up a bit once the temperature was adjusted.

A fantastic place to stay for a week in Bordeaux. We spent our honeymoon here for a no frills, culture and sightseeing trip. Close enough to access main town easily but not right in the middle of the hustle and bustle. Right in front of a tram line so going anywhere was incredibly easy and the Monoprix next door made buying food and drink very easy. They only cleaned once during the stay which meant we managed to fill multiple bins as we were using the cooking facilities for quite a few meals. The kitchen amenities are adequate, a microwave and two hobs, you can easily make basic meals to cut costs of going out for every meal. Everything was incredibly clean and new and all staff were very friendly and helpful whenever we spoke to them. Would recommend this property as a base for anybody staying in Bordeaux that wants to experience the culture and sights of the city without spending the earth whilst doing so.

Location was further out but was fine for me for the stay.

Fantastic location and view of the river, easy parking, well stocked kitchen, very comfortable bed. Will definitely be back.
