Capital O Hotel Richmond Hill/Savannah area I-95

Got to hotel. A sign in window said sold out. No one would answer the office door. A lady outside said she would tell somebody about it but the overbooked. Couldn’t find another room so my family had to sleep in our vehicle !!

Needs update, but fine for price.

Just to be honest you get what you pay for with this one. It was a cheap room but looked nice in the pictures so we decided to stay and honestly I felt very unsafe. The mattress cover had stains. There was mold in the shower. We booked it for The Weekend.. and we left that morning and went to the red roof in which was much better.. and close in pricing. Would not recommend this hotel.

Run down. Although clean. a A lot of full time familirs living there. Noise all night long. Could not sleep. They had poop bags gor dogs but obviously people staying there don't use them. Garbage all over the grounds and glass. They said they had coffee , grits donuts and oatmeal for breakfast. No donuts, no cream for coffee. Never Again.

Everything was wonderful and quiet

I had no problem here, it was decent. It’s a hotel and it’s not a mansion. I would not mind staying again.

Front desk was very accommodating and flexible with my late check in. They even checked on me the next morning to make sure my stay was satisfactory. Beds were very comfortable and rooms clean. Love that they are accessible to I-95 and that they are pet friendly! It appears they are also making upgrades on the location too to make it more modern. I will definitely be coming back to stay again!

Hotel changed name and was hard to find. No one anwered phone at lobby. Room was...Nasty! Overall...Hotels. com should not give a 7 rating and remove from database.

Filthy, no service,police presence and illegal activity most nights

I booked a suite and when I arrived they did not have any available. Bathroom is falling apart . Shower is small and out dated .
