Really great service, friendly staff.

I asked if possible early check in maybe app 11:00am, it was raining. Receptionist did not even check availability. Told me No. I have to go out again with wet outfit.

Wi-Fi connection was not good in my room, I had to go down to the lobby to get connected. My parents stayed in a separate room and theirs was even worse. Even after connecting in the lobby, their mobiles lost connection after they went back to the room. Not too sure whether it was because they were staying in a corner room. But other than Wi-Fi, the hotel facilities were as described.

Lovely hotel, spotlessly clean, good sized single room with all necessities provided. Very close to Kanda train station, with local trains and Ginza subway so easy to move around Tokyo from this area. Hotel reception were very friendly and helpful with luggage transport. Neighbourhood is safe and has many Izakaya and restaurants.

Great hotel on a budget. Nothing fancy, all the basics are there. Clean and new.
