Beautiful place to stay. Staff were super attentive and kind. Surroundings are to doe for if you are a nature lover!

Customer Service needs improvement. Avoid the restaurant for now. I am hopeful that it will improve, as they return to full swing. Atmosphere was smokey, service was extremely slow, staff rushed so my chicken was undercooked, and I wasn't offered a drink or desert. Staff were apologetic but apologies can only go so far if the service continues to go downhill. Offer to make it right, before being asked. Especially, if you charging that high of prices. The room was big and spacious. They charge a resort fee so make sure you leave time to use the amenities. Marshmello the welcome dog gets 5 stars.

Disappointment

Lit confortable mais bruyant. La télé était sur le bureau de travail que j'avais de besoin. Meubles trop usés, brisés et vieux. Jacuzy in room was not strong, wondering if it was working properly. Robes de chambre non inclus. Too expensive for what it worth.

Tried room service, left me on hold for 30 minutes. No explanation re: Covid rules, cleaning of rooms etc. Hotel is dated and old looking. Considering what we paid for the room we expected far more. Almost as though the hotel has welcomed Covid to cut expenses and service level. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

Too expensive for nothing. The service at the dining area is disappointing. You have to call them for you to be noticed. The shower is clogged. The back door is lock so you have to go all the way to the entrance for you to get in. I payed almost 900$ for my room and there not even a free breakfast and i need to pay ta boat for their lake! Staff doesn’t even say hi and just pass you by even you smile at them!

Jacuzzi in the room is great. Impressive grounds with lots of activities you can pay an additional charge to partake in. Parking is inadequate (asking guests to drive up a hill to get to the larger parking and then walk up and down to get to their car.) dangerous, especially in winter. Definitely felt like the property had seen better days and we found some grime / mold in the bathroom and the TV was in a very odd place. Dinner at the restaurant was good, though a bit overpriced and we were beside the windows which were very cold and took away from the overall experience. From the bath salts for sale at the front and no free breakfast to the charge for late check out, I definitely felt like it was a cash grab at every single opportunity, which was disappointing. It’s a nice area but for the price, not sure we would stay there again.

Great stay!

We had a great time at Lac Carling Hotel! It was very clean and the staff was incredibly polite. We will be going back in the Summer.

We appreciated the staff, the room was big and very clean, the view from any location in the hotel is amazing, it's quiet and cozy. We might return in the summer to enjoy the outdoors and the lake. We did not do any outdoor winter activities but if you like that, it's a great place to visit.
