My best stay in Guyana

This hotel is an excellent option for an stay in Georgetown. My only concern was the smell from the carpet on the stairs. I would like to congratulate the staff working here, they were amazing. If you stay at this hotel you have to eat at the Bistro; excellent food and excellent service.

I like how central the hotel is and staff went above and beyond. I wish a microwave was in the room even though staff would warm up food for us.

I liked the location of the property and the adjoining Bistro. The Chef was kind to cook a special dish for me upon my late arrival. They welcomed me with a Rum punch. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Property in very good condition very clean and staff very pleasent and helpful especially the girls..location is very good as to walking distance to most interesting places as well as to bars and restaurants. No lobby and I believe guests should be warned on Expedia that the property has no lifts/ elevators.for us it was no problem we managed the 2nd floor.altghough we were at the back of the hotel it can be noise as for a couple of nights there was loud music blurring all night and very early in the morning. Restaurant which is a pub attached to the hotel were they also serve the a la carte breakfast one can choose what they like from the menu.very good food a bit on the spicy side but excellent espially their prawns. So all in all very good and would recommend this hot better than Ramada and Marriott as these are quite far away from the city centre. On our departure date the male receptions did not give us our wake up call he kept saying we did not have a booking we we did and altghough were were on BB he wanted to charge us for a cup of tea where normally all hotels offer a packed breakfast for PAC departing early we left hotel at 7am hotel offer transfer to airport for 35us dollars each way and driver was very polite

Best stay in GT

This was my first time staying at the King's Hotel & Residences. The hotel is clean, and well maintained. The staff is courteous, and attentive. I love the central location, and felt safe with the security on premises. Altogether a comfortable, and enjoyable stay at this hotel.
