Though the overall stay was a pleasant one, there’s both positive and negative aspects to this property. Positive: The location was a short cab ride to many tourist locations. There’s security guard at the gantry, you need an access card to get into the building, access the lift and keys to get into your unit. So, security is good. There’s a convenience stall within the project’s compound, so it’s quite convenient if you ever need any food, drinks or cooking ingredients to fix up your own meals. There’s washing machine, cookwares and utensils are all available within the unit for your convenience. Negative: The photos provided and shown by hotels.com for 2 bedder unit were inaccurate. The actual rooms were much smaller and they were still decorated with wallpapers left by previous owners/tenants. Furnishing are old, like the old bed in smaller rooms squeaks whenever you shift your body. The curtain of the smaller room barely keep sun out, and the window is directly beside the bed. The cabinet doors of the bigger room seems stuck and couldn’t be properly closed. Spoilt bulbs were not replaced. Place was dusty on arrival.There was a power outage once in the morning, and it was only fixed many hours later. Overall, we still gave the property a decent rating because the property manager/owner allowed us to check out late and according to her she absorbed the one-way airport transfer for us, though it was listed to be included free.
