Difficult to reach More than two hours to make check in No internet connection Everyday ask about their money although my reservation is paid I received more than ten calls in three days for different reasons

Very bad check in process. Also not clean rooms especially the bed and bathroom... it was my first time there and it will be my last time to book in this hotel.

Friendly staff. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. Clean rooms and well-maintained furniture. Close to supermarket. Parking lots available in and around the hotel. They should consider more air purifiers for smoking floors. Yes, I would stay here again.

They’re very unprofessional and the staff were very rude. You can’t have guests in the room no matter what. The only way you can have guests is to have them in lobby. I brought a guests to my room and the hotel staff came to my room and asked them to leave or stay at the lobby. I really don’t recommend this hotel at all.

The service is very slow. I expect faster service for the price.

I would recommend this Hotel to my friends for future stay.

Place is nice, entrance of the hotel is a bit difficult to find and a bit tight, but its is all right. Room is spacious, they're studio and apartment type so you can cook and do the laundry by yourself too. Rooms are clean, but not very thoroughly clean, hope housekeeping does a bit better job. Nearby there is a supermarket to but things, but again, due to construction nearby, it is not easy to find the hotel entrance on the first attempt, and is a bit noisy in the daytime.

Great stay, we had a delay at check in, the room was dirty then they cleaned it many times, location is nearby all attractions, the administration were great I extend my stay for one more day however the hotel was fully booked. I will stay again at Ascott Rafal

Very limited amenities The flooring of the rooms are all tiles ( Porcelain) With minimum carpet. Very uncomfortable and unhealthy. Room service is slow and limited option Pros: Super professional and friendly staff at reception and lobby Convenient location Large rooms

Bad reception, nor one to help you with baggage, untrained staff, room lack basics, very expensive for the service offered. Will never stay there again
