Not a 4 star, but great location
Would not call this a four star hotel. Hotel gardens and surroundings were beautiful, but the rooms lacked. The floors were dirty as were shelves. And the shower was awful - no hot water and the water didn't drain. The fan was also very noisy.

Nice hotel but too expensive for what it is not 4*
Agonda much quieter and chilled out not a big resort and most of it is shut by midnight. Plenty of young couples with their first born here. Beautiful beach. Staff at the hotel - friendly we had no complaints The breakfasts on offer are more than sufficient - vegetarian , restaraunt is not on the beach like all the other beach resorts its on the road side and so most guests visit the restraurant next door on the beach.also no alcohol served at this hotel. Rooms clean and ok but not high spec at all,pretty basic and far too expensive compared to the price of more luxourious accomodation available.the yoga instructor currently at the hotel is excellent ( female named narnar) . Neither my husband or myself had done yoga before and being a typical British male my husband was reluctant but given his back problems and other aches and pains we both share we decided to give it a go and we have done it every day since then and attended the yoga teachers afternoon session at 5 pm ( cost 500r on the beach again) aches and pains much improved hope to continue on return home.

Nice location on beach.
Rooms and environment very modern and clean. Location is good being at the quitter end of Agonda beach. Breakfast ok. Shame they don't have their own drinks/food for sitting on beach. rooms are bit costly for what it is (which is trying to be a bit more of a wellness resorts) rather then very nice beach huts. Think the "vibe" is a bit different from many beach places in agonda - trying to be a bit more "resorty" and upmarket then many places but don't think that is the correct approach. All staff were very nice and efficient. -However management/ownership maybe trying to make this something its really not which unfortunately is reflected tthroughout.. In saying the above I enjoyed my stay for 5 nights, though costly for what it is and there is room for improvement from management/owners..

Little haven by the beach
The resort was great, the setting very beautiful. The hotel was simple but was perfect for a stay at the beach. Breakfast was great, and vegetarian food also. The resort was very secure and ideal for a solo female traveler.

Nice resort, beautiful beach, friendly staff
The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and really went out of their way to help solve all the little problems that would come up on a regular basis, especially concerning the Internet connection (which happened to be vital for me and which, alas, was not as reliable as I would have wished for). So there was a certain amount of frustration concerning that, but thanks to the nice manager I was able to be online most of the times I needed to be. Also, the location is absolutely gorgeous, and the view from the front-row bungalows facing the ocean amazing. Garden-view bungalows are less spectacular. One aspect that disappointed me was the food. Breakfast and dinner were included in the rate, but there are only three set meal options for breakfast, not one of them containing eggs or anything savoury; and dinner was mostly Indian vegetarian (it's a vegetarian café), and you weren't given a menu to choose from but just served a set meal. If you like Indian vegetarian food I think it's perfect because it's all well prepared and tasty; but I live in Delhi and get this type of food every day and was looking forward to something different. In fact, after a few days my friend and I decided to take our dinners in the beach restaurant next door which has a fine selection of Goan food, fresh fish etc. Also, for those who like a glass of wine with their dinner, please be informed that the restaurant does not serve any alcoholic drinks.

A must go when in Goa
I had a such a great time, the modern bungallows are beautifuly designed, and the service provided by the staff is genuine and attentive. The beautiful beaches at the steps of your doors. The restaurant provides all the healty alternatives that many guests seek nowdays. Really a must go! Enjoy

The best resort in all of south goa
One of the best resorts in Goa. The resort exceeded my expectations. Unfortunately, we could only stay 1 day and 1 night as we had to catch a train to Shimla. The manager was amazing. Helped me prepare a romantic breakfast with flowers for my fiancé. We are definitely coming back to end our india trip here.

Peace and quiet in Agonda!
My partner and I stayed here for 2 nights during a fortnight stay in Goa. We wanted a quiet retreat for a couple of nights and we chose well, Agonda is very relaxed and laid back but close enough to busier areas if that is your thing. The only minor issues were the internet, which was intermittent, and our shower facilities which didn't get warm in our room but staff offered use of another vacant room to shower in so this was easily resolved. Staff were plentiful and efficient and happy to help!

Kleines Zimmer Spartanisch eingerichtet 1. Nacht = Waschbecken Ablage ist nass wegen undichtem Ablauf, Boden ist nass wegen unzureichendem Duschvorhang. Dusche ist nicht sauber. 2.-4. Nacht = neues Zimmer. 2x Ausfall des Warmwasserboilers. Zimmertür klemmt. Großer Spalt an Tür = Mücken kommen ins Zimmer. Zimmerpreis ist viel zu hoch.
