Food the same everyday. Limited selection. But a beautiful location on the ocean.

Hotel canceled our reservation before we could even check in due to an issue with the water on the entire property. Very disappointing since we had taken a cab from Havana to stay by the beach for a few days. Then we waited for hours while they were trying to figure out where/how to book people in other hotels and then we were supposed to wait even longer for a shuttle they arranged to take us to new hotels. We paid and took a cab out of their on our own. Poor customer service, poor food (we ate in the lunch buffet while waiting) poor drinks in bar. On the beach yes but that’s about all you can say about this place; I would skip it and look for something better!

No me gusto el servicio de hotel. Con que le dije que reserve el día por equivocación y no me quiso dar el dinero para atrás y el hotel de cuba si quería darme el dinero

Me and my husband stayed here for four days as our wedding anniversary. If you are like me and my husband that have been to all inclusive hotel in the Caribbean (Dominican Republic) this is not the all inclusive that you see there. Pro: Beach is close to Hotel. You can also go outside of the facility and buy food. Hotel is clean. I love my bed it was so comfortable.By the way I was 7 month pregnant so this was a plus!!!. They have a bus that takes you to Habana from 10:00am-5:00 P.M.Front desk are willing to help Cons:Food is limited,many flies all over the food.snack bar only has one thing (bread with cheese and ham and o/or beef burger) and some alcoholic beverage Entertainment is also limited, not much to do.I felt bored in the afternoons. But other than that. It was good to meet get to know other culture.

I arrived at such a late night but the staff at the front counter was very nice. A room I have stayed was clean and comfortable. Buffet for every meals was good. I do not care that there were many flies in there because some windows was open. But you can see the beach behind the hotel from there. I felt so refresh. I guess buffet at lunchtime and dinner time, a musician group played musics and sang songs. I loved the performance. There was so many amenities such as bar, restaurant, pool, gym that are all free. So you can enjoy staying here. But using wifi is only at the lobby though. Anyway fully satisfied!!

Proximity of the beach, was A+, beach was very clean.

Hotel is dated. But livable. Buffet got limited food. But i understand because of the area.

The swimming pool was nice, the room was OK, the food was atrocious, the staff generally quite helpful (especially front desk & maid service). The waiter service in the dining room was a mixed bag front being attentive to totally unaware of customer needs and more interested in chatting with their fellow workers. Tepid water in shower was erratic- sometimes hot, others only cold

Poor condition, poor amenities, poor experience. I understand it's Cuba but, not close to American standards for a vacation.
