Good

Pros: Size. My apartment was HUUUGE! It also has a lovely view over the river from most windows and the balcony. [Choose specifically: "Executive Apartment, 1 Bedroom (with Balcony, 3 Adults)"] This is room 504. It also had bats flying around in the early evening adding some nice atmosphere. It has basic (and perfectly OK) cooking equipment, a cooker and a microwave. WiFi was also fine. And the staff were lovely, too. But this place is all about the space. I wish all holiday accommodation were this big. Loved it and will be back. Cons: It's getting a bit old, so it's good that there are two sets of windows, because they don't shut especially tightly. The bathroom sink was also missing a plug, so I had to use toilet paper to fill the sink so I could shave. But they said they'd fix that.

The apartment is at a very good location: it’s alongside a river and a bridge; it’s close to the dancing house and a shopping mall which has a big supermarket called Tesco (large collection of local breads, cold cuts, sausages, cheeses, fruits, etc.); it’s within walking distance to most places of interest. We were able to find parking just on the roadside nearby. Property manager is very friendly and speaks good English. Housekeeping was fast to bring a baby bed upon request. We loved the fact that there is a kitchen. It’s great especially if you bring a young kid. Our pullout couch was made for us and our toddler loved to roll on the soft mattress. Our bed, on the other hand, was super squeaky. This kinda sucks because our kid also slept in our room. I tried to be super careful when I went to bed each night and when I needed to move in bed, but there was no way that I didn’t make a noise. The toilet was very loud when you flush. This is because some mechanism had to be installed in order to make stuff go down the old pipes better. Our toddler was scared of the toilet. We also tried to NOT flush at night in order to not wake up anyone. There was an elevator but it only goes from half floor to another half. We found it a little difficult to bring the stroller so we left it in the car. It’s normally not a problem if you can walk and carry your luggage a bit. Overall it was a good stay. This apartment had everything we needed but there are certainly place for improvement

Beautiful and stylish, good location and close to the old town about 10 minutes walk. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are nice.

The apartment was clean and spacious. The view of the river was delightful. The apartment building had a lot of charm and character. It enhanced our stay!
