The staff made our stay so pleasant. Everyone was so accommodating. Especially Charlie at the Pool bar.

It was a good experience..The hotel was extremely accommodating. I am sure the hotel is at its best during the summer months to get the full experience of the pool. I had a small issue with the bartender at the outoor pool area but it was not enough to ruin the trip. I would definitely recommend the hotel.

Everyone that worked in the hotel was amazing very helpful and always with a smile I was completely in all with the hotel itself and amazing place to stay however, I will say this I booked through hotels.com and reserved a suite upon my arrival there was some confusion and although the staff did a great job accommodating me to the best of their ability I still did not receive the sweet but I had reserved and paid for the room I was given was nice but still wasn’t what I had reserved and I understand third-party booking sites may have issues and or there was construction going on but that’s no reason to put someone in a room that wasn’t what they paid for

Love this hotel for work and play! Great service, room and food.

Great hotel. Traffic downtown getting to the hotel was my only complaint as some roads were blocked due to a graduation at Minute Maid park
