Hyatt Place Phuket Patong

Was not what I expected. The pool was small. Bit far away from the city center with bad location. All amenities were hidden at the reception. You had to ask every single thing like i was begging. Others hotels would just leave them in the room but Hyatt was so cheap and stingy. Breakfast was okay ish with limited choices.

Good location, away from the crowd and noise. Hotel stuff was not good with the English language. Room was spacious but not very clean. Not on par with Hyatt standards. Breakfast was good. Noise levels were a bit above average, especially around the pool, that was a bit over chlorinated. Short distance from Patong Beach and about 2km from Bangla road. Service prices higher than average

The rooms are too old and deteriorating. It is not a 4 star hotel. It is close to the beach but was very disappointed by the rooms.

Poor service, poor access from lobby to rooms, carts do not go up the hill if rains, poor lights on access way to rooms, poor English at service desk, paid nearly the same amount of the room cost for a spare bed even though I requested at the time of booking. Showers are dirty.

Really nice breakfast and pool.
