The Frankfurt Hotel

They are so afraid not to get paid that they charge your Credit card as fast as possible. Impossible to charge the bar bills on your room event if you have a business meeting in the hotel. Very few parking places for cars , meeting room not cleaned, between days. Definitely not the place to hold a meeting.

Poor hotel, for the price paid the staff at the reception were extremely rude. The room was tiny and only had the thinnest pillow I’ve ever seen in a hotel. When I called up reception to ask for an extra pillow the receptionist said no. I went down and they said that the hotel is busy due to the Messe event. After 15 mins of complaining he agreed to go and get a pillow. He was basically just being lazy. It’s really not worth the money. Only good thing about the hotel is the central location.

This is an excellent hotel located right opposite the main train station in Frankfurt. I was surprised by how good it was, actually, with spacious rooms and modern decor. The breakfast was included and plentiful. The location is perfect for catching early trains, but be aware that the area around the train station can be unpleasant, especially at night.
