Ripetta Harbour Suite

Had to stand on the street while waiting for agent with keys. Very compact. Shabby stairwell. Very thin walls. Shower drips badly for some time after use.

Great location. Nice room, very clean. A couple of flights of stairs. Great security.

Room was two floors up with no elevator which was not much fun with a heavy suitcase. Also not the cleanest esp the bathroom.

Manager forgot about my stay. I had to call the manager to meet me and check me in, eventhough i told them in advance when I would arrive. I was in front of door precisely at that hour. There was no elevator. I had go climb 3 flights of narrow stairs to arrive at room. Construction in progress during my stay. The room was acceptable, area was fine. I was happy and eager to leave. Will not rcommend anyone stay there. Management leaves alot to be desired.

Central location, easily walkable to the main historic sights and five minutes to the metro (and only four stops to the Termini railway station). Lots of local places to buy breakfast (but some are very expensive so shop around). Several small supermarkets within a five minute walk. Local area seemed safe at night; lots of police and armed soldiers in central Rome at the time of our visit. Not a hotel, so basic facilities only but the room was serviced daily.
