* What we like was the city view very nice. * other thing was that the person who was At the front desk ask us if we’ll have breakfast next morning? I’d talked him that we will live at 3 am in the morning to go to aguas caliente. He replied to me ok, your breakfast will be ready to take it with you at the front desk. Wow ...!! Was great

Located close to the main square (10 mins walk) - Our room (301) had excellent views over Cuzco, nice decor, helpful and friendly staff.

This place has so much potential but... Every time we asked for something we received lip service. They say ok no problem and then do nothing. Pillows unusable. One towel for two people. No paper towels. No welcome gift. No coffee. Nothing. Breakfast for 6 people was more like 2 people’s worth. Ask for 2 taxis got one. Ect...

Expedia rejected my first straight forward review that didn't violate any of their listed prohibitions so I'll just say tread carefully before using a third party website to book a hotel reservation.

Great neighborhood. A bit noisy during the night with dogs barking but overall the stay was pleasent.

The Hotel is nice, kind of far from the center, but if you enjoy walking, the center is within 15 minutes walk. The staff is very attentative and friendly. The breakfast was excellent and eunogh for 6. The only cons for me was that, the bed sheets and bed covers were stained and looked dirty. The rest for me 5+

Comfortable family vacation
It’s a nice location 20 mins from city center. Hotel staff friendly. Arranged taxi and tours. Breakfast in the morning coffee bread cheese fruit We left for tours at 4.30 am and they had packed doggy bags with breakfast. Had some issues with hot water. Otherwise nice cozy place. We were a family of 5. Great vacation Recommend👍👍

Don’t go there!!
This hotel looks nice, but it is NOT! First, it is located far away from the touristic « plaza de Armas ». You have to take a taxi or Uber to go there. Also, we went there in March and the night temperatures were around 1 c• (2 F) and there is NO heating!! We were frozen ! On top of that, no warm shower! I also found a spider inside of the bed. I do not recommend this hotel.
