The room was clean, other than that the entire stay was a disaster!
Wrong room, no ocean view, not a king size bed, almost zero lighting except for a plug in lamp that had to be unplugged to plug n the coffee pot, water pressure in shower was a drip, no soap or shampoo provided, our daughter who lives in Myrtle beach came as we were checking in and the front desk accused us of trying to have a 3rd person in the room! A total of maybe 200 square feet, no room to do anything but lay on the bed, the mattress was worn out and sunk to the middle, no elevator so hauling luggage to the 3rd floor!!
The worst part is Hotels.com did nothing about it and the hotel refused to refund our money, so we were stuck, the first night upon check in I requested a supervisor from hotels . Com to call me back, 2 days later I had to call again, again no results!!
Never have received a call back from Hotels.com, so apparently customer service no longer exists.
I am trying hard not to really say what I think!!
Worst experience ever with the booking company and hotel!!
