We had a great experience. The room was clean and spacious!

The description said 3 beds but they had only 2 beds. When I inquired with the front desk, they said they don’t have any rooms with 3 beds. So either the hotel or hotels.com messed up.

We had a very nice stay here. The hotel was clean, the room was clean, roomy and decorated really cute. The bathroom seemed brand new which is always a plus. The restaurant is so cute and the food was really good. We had breakfast there. Would definitely recommend!

Convenient location to Zion. Friendly staff. Updated room, comfortable bed with the exception of the sheets. They were very rough, like they had been hung on a line to dry. Room and bathroom were clean and spacious.

We had a great experience at this Best Western. The room was spacious and clean. There were enough towels and other amenities like the refrigerator, coffee and a coffee maker. We had a good time using the jacuzzi at night. I appreciated the expedited, no contact check out. I would recommend staying at this hotel when in the area.

This BW is on the quiet side of the park. Mt. Carmel is really just a fork in the road. Also, Expedia says the main body of the park is only 17 miles away, but it is really 26 miles, so it takes about 30-40 minutes - depending on traffic. The rooms are nice, with touches of photographs from the park. They were using good COVID protocol at check-in, but not so good in the restaurant. Rather than spreading people out in different areas of the dining room, everyone was grouped in one section. Also, the kitchen can't handle the volume of customers on busy weekend nights. They actually shutdown takeout orders after the wait reached 90 minutes. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Great place to stay if you want a quieter experience. Only 2 restaurants in town; either one is a good choice. If you want more choices you'll need to pick the west side of the park, but the prices reflect the greater opportunities. Nevertheless, the park is amazing, and a must see.
