Awesome hotel unless you value a relaxing shower.
The beds were comfortable, the rooftop terrace was spectacular and the building is modern and clean. Unfortunately, there is a design flaw in the bathroom and I verified that rooms of other guests are the same. The shower is located in an undersized bathtub. While the water sprays from the short wall (in front of you), the water control fixtures are on the long wall (on your right side). If you're facing forward, the right side of your body will constantly be scrapping against the water control fixtures. Ouch!!! To compensate, one must rub against the shower curtain on the left to have room to manuever which by the way, floods the bathroom. The space to bathe in is only 18 inches wide to avoid scraping your body on the metal fixtures or pressing your body against the shower curtain. This is like trying to shower standing in the space a coach airline seat occupies. 18 inches is also the length of 3 iphones side by side. It's impossible. Don't beleive me? I posted photos. What idiot would design a shower this way?

This is a beautiful hotel. Staff is very friendly and promptly provides exceptional service. Rooms are immaculate and comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying here for either pleasure or business.

This is the 1st review Ive ever done for anything. But my last stay was absolutley terrible!! Charged twice and then some. After 40 minutes on hold and talked to multiple managers and all i was told was "maybe the bank will refund you because there is nothing we can do." In total i was charged OVER $600 for a 1 night stay. Not worth it. And they will NOT refund you for THEIR mistake.

Fancy hotel, super nice front desk girls. Room not cleaned, which is crazy during covid. No amenities available. Very expensive with no food available after 10 hour drive. Disappointing for the price. We chose this hotel because we thought for the price it would be very clean and the restaurant would be available as advertised so we would not have to leave. Nothing was open in the hotel. Parking out of the way.
