Before I booked a room, I contacted the facility and asked what kind of breakfast is served. They told me it was a buffet. But when we arrived at the hotel, they told us that breakfast was in the bag and that it was in the fridge. When I asked why this is so and why it is not as it was said, they told me that I would have received this information at the reception if I had checked in on time because they had some changes and the check-in time was from 15:00 to 16:30. And we arrived just before 5pm and the key was waiting for me at the restaurant. How can you sell one thing and when guests come they get quite another? Very unprofessional. If we had known to serve breakfast in a bag we would not have booked in this facility. Also the maintenance of the rooms is not in order. We stayed for two days and we only had half a roll of toatel paper. We had to go to a store half an hour's drive away to buy toilet paper. Also, the door of the room opens inside the room, which is not permitted by law. I think the fire inspection would have a lot to see :)
We also expected the food for dinner to be tastier and we expected a lot but unfortunately we experienced great disappointment.
