They contacted me before checkin to see if I needed transport. The walls are a bit thin, but sleep not a problem because of it. Fan made squeaking noise after being on for a while, but used ac instead. Ac really good. Soap bars a bit small but not a show stopper. All in all, I would recommend to others.

Second visit this year for relaxation and scuba diving. Quiet and clean. Excellent service from Sila (admin), Lulu (breakfasts) and cleaning staff. Kitchenette helped avoiding daily restaurant meals with some "home cooking". Clean pool and tanning area. Short van or taxi ride to harbour/Front/town. Adequate number of TV channels for any desired quiet evenings.

this is a quiet boutique sized hotel with recently refurbished rooms including ensuite and kitchen facilities. All the staff are fantastic and nothing is of any trouble. There is a complimentary continental style breakfast which can be upgraded to a variety with eggs and bacon cooked to ones liking. The breads, buns and jams are all locally made and delicious. This rates as a little gem as there is a good sized pool, open covered deck with easy chairs for relaxing and it's only a short walk down to the beach through the mango trees. Don't wish to elaborate too much as everyone will want to come and there won't be a room for ourselves in this bit of paradise.

The room was spacious with all the amenities. The view was spectacular from the room too.

We stayed at the cottage on friendship bay. Cute little place, but the first thing we saw after we got settled was a big cockroach. We found 5 more within a couple hours of being there. They also left the windows open to air out the place, which let so many mosquitoes into the house. We all got eaten alive inside the property. When we were looking at the bathrooms there was no shampoo or conditioner. I asked the desk about it and they said they were all out! I mean what hotel doesn’t provide shampoo and conditioner!? The next morning we walked up to the hotel for breakfast. When I talked to the hotel before coming I asked if all of breakfast was included, and they said YES. We got there and the only breakfast that was included was toast. Is toast even considered breakfast? They had other options for sale. They only took cash and didn’t have any change, we we had to over pay for something that wasn’t even good. As we passed the pool it looked disgusting. It was all green and slimy. It’s unfortunate because this place has a lot of potential.

I/we enjoyed our 8 day stay.....a reasonably short van/taxi ride to the “Front” town Center with restaurants, stores, scuba shops. Service professional and friendly......Cilla, Lulu. Quiet location with the added benefit that we arrived at the beginning of the “low” season and for half our stay we had the whole location to ourselves!!!!! My only suggestion would be to consider providing some access to some food, drinks and snacks as only breakfast is served on site. Wasn’t a big problem with kitchenette and locally purchased food and drinks. All in all very satisfied.

Amazing location right on the beach, very clean cottage and all the facilities you need included and Cilla (the manager) was very helpful and I will be back again for sure. Thank you again for an amazing stay.

Need a bit more wider variety of local fruits and food for the complimentary breakfast because a lot of tourist like trying the local foods
