Best Western Hampshire Inn

The breakfast sausage was hard to get down. It was probably microwaved too long. Other than that, a good clean room at a fair price with pleasant staff.

Helpful employees. Comfortable bed and good pillows. Shower wasn’t great pressure. Grab and go breakfast.

Overall, the stay was good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were disappointed in a few things, though. The TV and remote did not work and we had to call the front desk for assistance with that. We had to make that phone call from our cell phone because the "front desk" button on the room phone did not connect us to the front desk. Also, we were overcharged by $78 at checkout and had to spend an extra 20 minutes or so getting that worked out with the front desk attendant before we could leave.

It was just an overnight stay so convenience was good. Selection of breakfast was not what we expected

Loved that the suite was 2 completely separate Rooms. Comfortable furnishings made our stay one of the best this trip.

Stay wasn’t horrible. Hotel was nice. Room was spacious. However we had no hot water, and when I messaged the hotel about it, I received no response. There was no wash cloths or extra TP in the room either so we had to go back up front to request TP it was a bit odd, but the main thing was the no hot water and no response from the hotel.

The place was clean and the staff was helpful. The elevator was a little scary but it worked...it just made a lot of noise.

Clean. Friendly staff. Close to everything. Great price.
