White Wing Lodge

The staff gave a man my room key. He entered our room just below 11pm. Scaring me and traumatizing my child. I did get a call to apologize. But that does not fix it. To make matters worse after checking out I got an extremely rude voicemail the next morning telling me I didnt check out. When I called, the women acted like I was an idiot when I told her I did check out. She told me my stuff was all still in the room. They clearly did not document what room I was in, apparently multiple times when they should have.

Excellent hotel, very clean. The park shuttle is great, the walk to the park is do-able. Visited in the off season so can't attest to the pool or bbq area. Shower heads were a bit low. Other than that, this will be my new go-to branson hotel when planning to visit silverdollar city. Breakfast was good, with a large dining room. Staff very friendly and helpful. Real keys too! Excellent value, will definitely go there again.

Great place! Steps away from silver dollar city

Very nice people and a great place to stay - Very close to Silver Dollar City. Nice breakfast - a lot of different options. The only thing that we didn't like was that the shower head was way too low. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks

Really convenient to silver Dollar City. Shuttle to front door was great so I didn’t have to worry about parking. Had the kitchenette for the little extra room. Wish there was an elevator since we were on third floor. Chairs were not that comfortable but the bed was fine. Would definitely stay there if going to silver dollar city.
